We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Successnow Digital.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and with all accessories and proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene, safety and technical reasons, some items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been used, installed or damaged after delivery.
- Memory cards, and other data or consumable accessories once opened.
- Items missing their original packaging, accessories or proof of purchase.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you. Manufacturer warranties, where they apply, are honoured in line with the manufacturer's terms.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email successnowdigital@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm whether the item qualifies and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
