These terms govern your use of the Successnow Digital website and your purchases from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate, up-to-date information so we can serve you properly.
Products, pricing and availability
We work hard to describe and price our products accurately. Occasionally an error may occur — if we find a genuine pricing or description error on an item you ordered, we will contact you to confirm before proceeding or cancel and fully refund the affected item. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable charges shown at checkout. Products are subject to availability.
Orders and payment
When you place an order and pay, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation. Payments are handled securely by Paystack. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfil it or if we suspect fraud.
Promo codes
Discount codes are subject to their own conditions (such as minimum spend, expiry dates and usage limits), cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one code applies per order unless stated otherwise.
Delivery and returns
Delivery timeframes and return eligibility are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site (text, images, logos) belongs to Successnow Digital Photos Store and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
We provide the site and products with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Nigerian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
